My name is Juanita, and I am the Finance Director, I have well over 15 years of experience in healthcare, most being in long-term care.
My greatest passion is helping the people who have had these experiences and others to find amity and aid in the transition process. Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day’s work for Juanita.
As The Bridges at Ankeny’s Finance Director, Juanita is responsible for all office procedures and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. Juanita says she regularly finds herself drawing on her entrepreneurial skills and her vast medical knowledge to navigate the insurance industry to ensure both the resident and community are taken care of from a financial perspective.
Juanita says The Bridges is such a unique company because the majority of the leadership team has worked together for a long time, shares a common vision for excellence, and has never grown too big to not know each resident personally. The number of repeat patients, Juanita says, speaks volumes about the loyalty and trust The Bridges has earned since 2016.
