From a young age, Chris had a natural inclination towards fixing and building things. Chris honed his skills through hands-on experience while working on the family farm, acquiring a diverse range of technical expertise in an industrial setting.
Chris began his career as a maintenance technician in at Anderson Windows. His exceptional skills and dedication to his work quickly caught the attention of management, leading to his promotion to Union Steward.
Chris decided to leave factory life after 25 years and joined The Bridges as the Maintenance Director. Chris plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents. He is responsible for conducting regular inspections, identifying potential hazards, and implementing necessary repairs and improvements. Chris also collaborates with other departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
